At Zeno IPTV, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital products and IPTV services, we have a strict refund policy outlined below.
1. No Refunds After Activation
Once your IPTV subscription has been activated and account details have been delivered, no refunds will be issued. Our services are digital and non-tangible, which makes them non-returnable.
2. Trial Service
To ensure our service meets your expectations, we may offer a trial period or test account. We highly recommend trying the trial before purchasing a full subscription.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- You purchased a subscription but did not receive login credentials within 24 hours AND you contacted support with no resolution.
- The IPTV service could not be activated at all due to technical reasons on our end (not related to user device or internet issues).
Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@Zenoiptv.com within 24 hours of the issue.
4. Service Interruptions
Temporary interruptions due to server maintenance, content source changes, or external issues are not grounds for a refund. We strive to maintain service stability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
5. Unauthorized Payments
If you notice an unauthorized charge, please contact us immediately at support@Zenoiptv.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account suspension and blacklisting from future service access.
