These terms apply when you use zenoiptv.com and when you order a ZenoIPTV subscription. Please read them before ordering. If you have any questions, message our team on WhatsApp.

1. Plans

ZenoIPTV subscription plans are described on our pricing page. Each plan covers a set number of devices (from 1 to 4) for a set period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).

2. Ordering and prices

You request an order by messaging our support team on WhatsApp. Prices are shown in euros. Prices on this website may change, and the price that applies to your order is the one confirmed with you by support before you pay.

3. Your subscription

Your subscription runs for the period you purchased, starting from when it is activated. You may use it on up to the number of devices included in your plan. Subscription details are for your own use and must not be shared or resold.

4. Your devices and connection

You are responsible for providing a compatible device, any player app you choose to use, and a suitable internet connection. Please check compatibility with our support team on WhatsApp before ordering. Third-party apps and devices are subject to their own terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with the laws that apply where you live. You must not attempt to disrupt, copy, resell or misuse the service or this website.

6. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we cannot promise that the service or this website will always be available or free from interruptions, as these can be affected by factors outside our control, such as internet connections and third-party apps.

7. Refunds and cancellations

If you have questions about cancellations or refunds, contact support on WhatsApp before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or end a subscription if these terms are seriously breached.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or that are caused by your devices, apps, internet connection or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The terms in effect when you order apply to that order.
